1. Private One to One Consultations
First consultations and detailed history taking: 90 minutes: €120
Follow-Up Sessions: 60 minutes: €85
2. New Puppy Package - for dogs under 6 months old
This package consists of x4 one hour sessions which cover the basics when you bring your new puppy home e.g. mouthing, jumping up, loose-lead walking, recall, teaching the puppy to cope with separation etc. This can be customised to your needs. Package: €320
Note: This must be paid for in full at first session and used within 6months of the first session
Add ons :
Add on the x2 follow-up adolescent check in sessions for €50 per session online; €60 in person.
3. Before Getting a Dog Consultation

- Online: €50* (*Payment required in advance via Revolut)

4. What are you getting exactly and paying for?
With all the above, obviously you are getting the session time and expertise themselves but its not just that!
-Even before I met you and your dog, I am happy for you to send me on videos of your dog which I will analyse to get a better idea of what the difficulties are. I will take the time to watch and re-watch and set out what I am seeing.
- Once we are finished, I come home and begin writing up the individualised training plan, steps that have been covered, and what you need to work on (&how!). This is emailed to you.
- I will also check in with you a week after the session to see how you are getting on and whether any elements need tweaking i.e. on going support so you aren't just left on your own afterwards no matter how many or few sessions you choose to have.
-The price then also includes my own drive time to and from your home, along with fuel costs and relevant insurance to operate the dog training business.
-If you have purchased the puppy package and have added on the additional adolescent session, I will also collaborate with your vet and your groomer about any new behaviour observed since puppyhood.
5. Areas Covered
I am based in Cork City and cover the city centre and also the areas from Cobh and Carrigtwohill to Ovens; and from Blarney to Crosshaven.
6. Cancellation Policy
While I will always do my utmost not to, unfortunately there are times I must cancel session e.g. due to weather alerts or illness. In the event of Best Paw Forward cancelling a training session, I will give you the option of either rescheduling or providing a full refund if you have prepaid.
To allow training slots to be made available to others if you cancel a training session with between 24 to 48 hours notice, a €25 cancellation charge will apply as appointments slots generally cannot be filled at short notice, if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, 50% of the cost of the service applies.
